OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

We want your shopping experience at Pretty & Reckless Boutique to be the very best! If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue refunds in the form of store credit within 14 days of you receiving the item(s).

We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. 

  • Store Credit never expires
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your receipt with the return.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. For returned items past the 14 day return period, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know so we can make it right!

Within 5 days of purchasing your item send an email to prettyreckless.kati@gmail.com with "Damaged Item" in the subject line. Please include your name and order number and attach a clear picture of the defect.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

If you return a non-refundable item, the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. Store credit will not be issued. No exceptions.
